1.      The Bookshop is dispatching within a few days

2.      We subsidise postage costs and do not profit from shipping charges.

3.      Our bookshop operates as a ministry of Metropolitan Tabernacle.

4.      We strive to offer the lowest possible postage rates to all our customers.

5.      For parcels weighing less than 1.5kg, we use Royal Mail, which doesn't differentiate between UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses.

6.      For heavier parcels (over 2kg), we rely on courier services, as we don't have our own delivery network.

Charged at cost.

Becomes due on postage when orders include any 'VAT-able' items, eg CDs.

BOOK TOKENS

Are not accepted (other than Tabernacle Reading Vouchers).

RETURNS

Only faulty goods or those sent incorrectly may be returned. Please do not return any item without first contacting us. Return postage costs may not be refunded unless this is done. Your statutory rights are not affected.
