Shipping
Potage policy:
- The Bookshop aims to despatch orders as promptly as possible.
- We subsidise postage costs and do not profit from shipping charges.
- Our bookshop operates as a ministry of the Metropolitan Tabernacle.
- We strive to offer the lowest possible postage rates to all our customers.
- We use standard postal and courier services for delivery. These will often send notification emails to indicate progress and likely delivery times. Please check your Spam/Junk folders in case an email is directed there.
UK MAINLAND DESTINED ORDERS
- £14.99 and under - £2.50 postage charge (delivery usually within a week).
- Orders between £15.00 and £30.00 - £3.95 postage charge (delivery usually within a week).
- Orders over £30.00 are post-free.
Non GB Mainland including N.IRELAND, SCOTTISH/CHANNEL ISLANDS
Rates as above for orders under £15; orders over £15 charged at cost. Non GB mainland postcodes are: AB37-38, AB55-6, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, JE, GY, TR21-25
OVERSEAS POSTAGE
Charged at cost. Please note that where the actual shipping cost is less than that charged on the automated system, we make a refund to the customer.
VAT
VAT becomes due on postage when orders include any 'VAT-able' items, eg CDs.
PAYMENT
Pay online using Shopify's secure payment system. All standard cards and PayPal are accepted.
PRICES
Prices are subject to variation. RRP refers to price recommended by the publisher or used by other retailers such as Amazon.
BOOK TOKENS
We regret that Book Tokens are not accepted (other than Tabernacle Bookshop Gift Cards available on this site).
RETURNS
Only faulty goods or those sent incorrectly may be returned. Please do not return any item without first contacting us. Return postage costs may not be refunded unless this is done. Your statutory rights are not affected.
