Promise Unfulfilled

A solid review of the history of new evangelicalism in all its manifestations by the former president of Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. This is a vital read for pastors and others who need to know the facts about the distortion of Truth that has taken over and maimed most of the evangelical world. Dr McCune names all the names and the events from the late 1940s to the present, particularly examining the advances promised by the new evangelicals to justify their compromises, and showing how every promised gain has failed to materialise.

LRBS assigned reading for December 2026.
