The same style format as the Little Hands Story Bible. This time the author selects the chief events of the life of Christ including His birth, miracles, parables, trial, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension. (A list of content is provided at the front with a list of the Bible passages from which they are drawn at the back.) The events leading up to Jesus' crucifixion and His trials before Caiaphas and Herod are told briefly and clearly. Many children's books avoid these events but it is important the children should know them and often they are most interested to have the information. These two books encourage the young to read the entire accounts in the Bible itself. Hopefully they will do so.
