Please contact us before returning any products damaged in transit. We will endeavour to rectify issues promptly and respond to emails efficiently. Refunds, once agreed, may take a day or so to appear in your account.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Digital downloads (once downloaded) and sealed CDs are excluded.

There is a Withdraw order link in the footer section to access this. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in the event of damaged or wrongly supplied goods (see above).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
