The author also suggests another plan for reflection and prayer drawn from Paul's words in
1 Corinthians 11:23-33, which proposes five directions in which believers should look spiritually in order to honor the Lord's instructions.

The more we value the purposes of the Lord's Supper, the more spiritual communion we will have, and the more we will be led to marvel, to love him, and to praise him.
