Reviews mostly by Dr Peter Masters

This new book written from a creationist perspective argues that the 'Big Bang' theory must be rejected. Co-author John Hartnett points out that the big bang universe begins in a singularity (all matter, energy, space and time crushed into a point of infinite density) and there is no known mechanism to start the universe expanding out of singularity, the equations in the theory only working after the expansion has begun. In racy style and with charts and pictures the authors set out to explain to reasonably scientific readers the implausibility of the theory. Nearly half the book presents positively the biblical model for origins.
